This website is hosted by an external service provider (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). The host processes personal data transmitted through this website (in particular technical access data, see server log files below) solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. We have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with our host. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Access data / server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes:

If you contact us by email or telephone, the details you provide (e.g. your name, email address, and the content of your message) will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. This data is deleted once it is no longer required and there are no statutory retention obligations.

7. Google Analytics 4
Subject to your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors interact with our website (for example, which pages are visited and for how long) so that we can improve our content and user experience.
For this purpose, Google sets cookies and uses similar technologies to collect information such as your (shortened) IP address, device and browser information, and your interactions on the website. Transfer to third countries: Data may be transferred to servers operated by Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are additionally safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Storage period: The user- and event-level data stored by Google Analytics is retained for a limited period (by default up to 14 months) and then automatically deleted.

8. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption.
